★★★★☆ Promising app for beginners
Just discovered this app and it is a decent app for beginners. I like that it incorporates some info for people new on GLP1 and highlights the need for decent sleep, monitoring food intake and increasing activity. It does pull in my activity from Apple Health but wish it would also pull in my nutrition and sleep from Apple Health as well.

I downloaded a different app when I first started zepbound because they had a higher rating than this one. I don’t understand why this one has such a low rating. It’s very intuitive. I love that I can take a photo of my food and don’t have to manually enter protein or calories and add everything up at the end of the day.
★★☆☆☆ Close but missing in food entry
This has been a great app so far. But lacks two critical functions: 1) entering food from scratch. Many of my foods are not in the system and photos don’t do anything. Need to entry a custom item and 2) easier access to water consumption (on very initial page)

I just started using the app a couple of days ago. So far I’ve found it fairly easy to navigate. I’m using it to track my Glucose, weight and blood pressure. My one issue is that there seems to be nowhere to add notes. I’m a new monjauro user and it would be helpful to make notes each day regarding any side effects I’m having.
