Livongo

I have a Livongo BP machine that is very precise but also very inaccurate based on the consistent BP between my machine and MD. I need a larger cuff so the machine will deliver accurate values. For example, the machine reads 190/110, but actual is 130/86. BUT, I CANNOT REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ANYTHING. I also let me wife take her BP one day and sent an email to the address I had when I set up the account, but NO RESPONSE. 😡😡😡😡😡 It also won't update my BP in iHealth. I'm sure that's Apple'

I see on the website that I can export blood glucose data to Apple Health, but apparently not my blood pressure or weight data. I'm not diabetic and so I don't collect blood glucose data. Could the ability to export this other data to Apple Health be implemented?

I love everything about this app except for the fact that it doesn’t synch with my Dexcom 7. It says they’re connected, but it doesn’t have any readings since my last finger stick back in September. Other than that, it’s great.

My employer cover this program for employees health. I have been using for a year faithfully. Talking to the coach. Weighing daily. My blood pressure has went down from 127 / 80 on meds to now 108/72. I am going off my meds! I lost 35 pounds going from 18 to 13 pants. My blood sugar went from 108 to 84.! All of this without feeling deprived. I still eat bad things just not as much and balanced with better choices. Oh my cholesterol is down from 209 to 184! Going to the doctor is getting les

The APP works as far as communicating with the devices I have (Scale, BP Cuff and BGM) but why doesn't the APP have an option to sync those readings into Apple Health?!?
