This is the rogue-like i’ve been waiting for. Lots of nods to Lovecraft and the Mythos; great little easter eggs (like a certain Reanimator). It has quirks you need to learn painfully and does not hold your hand but as someone whose favorite game ever is Dark Souls, i’m good with that. I paid a non-discounted $10 and i got that value in the first two chapters with just one of the four playable characters.
Highly recommend if you’re a Mythos fan for sure.

For anyone with larger hands I’d say it borders on unplayable joystick wise. I only spent 0.99 on it though and I enjoyed it so I deleted it and went and got the console version instead.

Please add auto save! You should be able to close out then come back later to finish your run. Also, it stinks gameplay doesn’t pause when you open your inventory makes it really hard to heal/use an item during a serious battle
