★★☆☆☆ Dresses too long and returns take forever
Would be more inclusive to different heights if you sold short/regular/long dresses, I can’t shop here because they are all way too long so I would have it get it altered. And if it doesn’t fit, takes forever to get a return processed. Just not worth it. The dresses are good quality if it fits you though.

I’ve been a loyal customer of LuLu’s from way back when. At least a decade. I’ve always been able to get a beautiful dress or some really cute work pants and for really good prices. And the styles are really unique. I do t think I own one item of clothing from LuLu’s that hasn’t been complimented. My Sister and Mom are always in my closet and love when I do a good wardrobe Chan because it likely means they’ll get a super adorable dress or bodysuit from here. Great store, great website.
