Maybe it’s just me but it made me really sick and shaky. I almost had a panic attack and I felt really lightheaded. I tried moving my phone farther from my face but it didn’t make the experience any less intense. I’m giving three stars because although it’s very overstimulating, it does work and maybe some people will like it.
