★★★★☆ Too many ads but otherwise great game

See title. Can’t play for more than a minute or two. Too bad

★★★★☆ Mostly great…EXCEPT

The game is super fun and relaxing. My only problem with it is that every few days I lose all my progress. Most days my points are there from the day before but sometimes all the coins I’ve earned are gone, back to zero. There’s no explanation for this in the game and I’ve messaged them twice to ask about it- never heard back from support. It’s too bad because I want to give them 5 stars- but it’s just too big a flaw.

It’s a nice game, however it has a tendency to end the game without A warning. Several times my game well established were erased after I closed it down with intentions of completing the game. What can be done about it. Can I have my game restored
