Since the update the game is not loading … i have 5 days trying to play .. what happend to the game and my money i pay?

I have to restart the game 50% of the time before I can even get to the menu. And when I can manage to play, a lot of the time the game gets stuck in the idling menu and you can only see the characters and none of the buttons
