Oh my goodness, this is now my 3 year olds favorite toy in the world. He’s named him “Robi” and it was our bargaining chip for when he potty trained. I think this is perfect for ages 3-5, it’s interactive, fun and the settings are so user friendly. I had an amazing experience with customer service already as well and they completely talked me through the issue until it was resolved. 5 stars from my kiddo!

I recieved Miko 2 as a gift from my parents for my 4 year old daughter. There were some initial difficulties in setting up as my parents had linked it to their own account overseas in India, and we were in USA. However, the support team swiftly resolved issues by performing a factory reset. I don't think I have seen better customer service; now our Miko 2 works flawlessly.
