★★★☆☆Good workouts but a lot of bugs on the app
This app has great workout programs but I feel like I’ve wasted money because through of my workouts the app crashes and also I pay to have the diet plans too but those don’t show up when I click on it just a blank page. Hopefully this is fixed soon and my money isn’t going no where because it makes progress hard when the app can’t function properly. Thank you.

I had this app on my Android and found it amazing! I lost 115 pounds and I looked and felt better than I did when I was doing self prep amateur body building in high school and the military! However since I changed over to the iPhone I noticed something big has changed. I transferred before the update, but now I can’t access any of my favorite diet plans. Or any of the diet plans for that matter? Is it a bug or what’s going on? Give me my diets back bro!

The plans, animation, and tracking are great. Unfortunately the app lost track of my purchases and if you don't log daily the plan resets. It would be nice to modify plans. Move the rest day etc. I'd really like to hear music too. I'm going to be looking for something else similar. It might be great in a few years but it's not at the moment.

The workouts are good but I apparently paid 4 bucks for nothing. The stuff I thought I was paying for was hidden behind a monthly subscription. I literally paid for the option to buy a subscription. Can’t play music over workouts either. Would not recommend and honestly I’d like a refund.

App is cool but not enough workouts and in the program some of the workouts are linked to the wrong media so it's kind of impossible to follow the system which is the whole reason I bought it. Overall just an ok app could use some improvement
