★★★★☆ A good startOverall this game captures what they intended, which is an old school dungeons and dragons style game but tuned down to the core concepts.
There are a few things I would like to recommend. After I cleared the first level and started working on the second level, most of my characters would die and gold would become scarce. This actually gets to a point where the game becomes unplayable as all gold is gone and there is no way to get more to buy basics, like food for healing. The only option is
★★★★★ Good needs just a little more loveThis game is challenging at first then seems to ease up after the first few levels like dnd. It reminds me a bit of basic but I find the equipment slots a little light especially for all the “story” items you need to carry around. A bank even if you had to buy it would be welcome. I usually go to a level do about half of it have to run away sell and move items then go back do another half or less but it feels like most of my time is spent going up or down the dungeon so far.

★★★★☆ Love it, but…It’s way too hard to recover from character deaths. Need to make better loot to buy potions or cheaper Rez. Food is too expensive. Other than that it’s great.
★★★★☆ Maximum hit points loss?Good game only playing an hour so far but I am continually seeing my heroes lose a maximum hit point every time I heal one of them from a spell. Is this an intended mechanic? I think I am getting them back somehow but I’m not understanding this feature it’s not in any of the helps.
I don’t think it’s supposed to happen but I’m continually seeing the maximum hit points depleting by one each time I use a spell to heal someone, but I feel they are coming back somehow but unsure how.
