★★☆☆☆ Events don’t give rewards

I shamelessly played a ton of an event and held my first place slot so that I could get the event with gold and chests. The event ended and no rewards were given there was no place to claim so I went to contact support and the button doesn’t work.

The game is alright,my issue is that I’m unable to contact support. I watch the video for double offline revenue,but I not only don’t receive the double but also don’t receive the base offline revenue.

This is my favorite game right now. I’ve been playing it for 6 months straight now. I have such a fun time playing this game but I only have one problem with it. The rewards you see for milestones never actually get rewarded. There’s supposed to be 3 for every section you complete, yet they never actually pay out. It does pay out in the main game, but not the events which the events are my favorite.
