★★★★★Mobile App
I really like having this mobile app to sign in to when I'm leaving my home and arriving at my destination.
★★☆☆☆Sucks
Almost every time I try and request GMR for my ride I put in Al the info and then when I hit submit it tells me error and I end up having to call to set it up. What’s the point of having the app available to set up appts if u can never set them up. Really super frustrating
★★★★★MTM app not working
This app is used for transportation pickups and drop-offs to clinic, hospital. Clients are UHC consumers. App hasn’t worked in over a month and it’s very very inconvenient. I’ve reported the app to UHC transportation as not working on several occasions but nothing has happened.
I’m happy to report that since update, the MTM transportation app is fixed and working! Thanks goes out to developers and whoever else had a hand in the update.
Many thanks again .
★★★☆☆Not great lately
For 2 weeks I have not been able to enter any appointments.
★★☆☆☆Loads of bugs to fix still
The app is great for logging the mileage reimbursement, however, trying to put in a trip is such a pain. You go through the whole process just to have to call to set up your ride, where you have to go through the whole process all over again! It doesn’t matter if it’s a longer trip or a shorter one, it errors with error code 404 every time. I’ve brought this up on several occasions, but no one attempts to help me fix it, just an “im sorry the app isn’t working for you” and they put in the trip.
