User Reviews and Ratings
★★★☆☆ Though it would be better
I thought it would be more polished for the price. A lot of the time when you click play on an album, the album view disappears. And the biggest issue I’m having is that it logs you out of your connected server it can’t connect to it. I access my server over a vpn so if I for get to turn the vpn on before I open Musa, it makes me log back into the server.
★★★★☆ Some bugs
I was on the TestFlight, and bought it when updates stopped coming to the test versions because it is very promising. Overall, the app is pretty solid. The dev took feedback and worked on it rather quickly, kudos.
I wish there was a way to report bugs straight from the app. Right now, the repeat function breaks when it is used with shuffle. I will update the review as changes are made. It would be nice to have widgets, but that is not important.
Overall, great app, snappy and really nice UI
★★★★☆ Polished navidrome client
Read all reviews
I tried a few navidrome compatible clients. Many were missing features, had annoying bugs, or didn’t look or feel quite right.
Musa is so well designed that it almost feels like a built-in app. CarPlay & iPad support, gapless playback and transcoding are awesome to have.
There are a few minor UI bugs from time to time, and radio support would be awesome. Despite these issues, the app is definitely still worth the purchase.
