Many exercises I haven’t learned about yet

Recently diagnosed with ADHD and unable to group fitness, which took care of all the executive functions used to create and execute a workout for me lol. Now the only executive functions I need are initiation and continued focus, which is a lot more manageable. Love that I can acquire more home gym stuff or use this at a fitness center and it’ll just tell me what to do. 👍👍👍

Love the app design but I’m just disappointed that when i try to generate a work out it just says try again

Love the app it’s simple and works amazingly most of the time…. As soon as I build a routine it disappears from the app and I have trouble creating workouts because they will disappear and I am unable to rename them as well. Pro subscriber btw.

This app lets me go to the gym anytime and show up knowing I can make an in depth plan in seconds. It’s not only helped me but I’ve recommended it to friends who are lost trying to find out where to start and see them be able to workout and hit their goals.
