I really like this app, however, if someone calls you or an alarm goes off or you have any sort of disturbance, you have to start your playlist from the beginning which is bothersome because I don’t always want to listen to the intro again

Every aspect of my performance has improved since day one of using this app. Sight reading, improvising and confidence all have seen a boost since starting. The flexibility of the app is wonderful. I can use the pre gig pep talk and confidence portion before gigging or I use the sight reading and timing portion before going to big band rehearsal. This doesn't work for me... not the way it was intended, at least. I never find the trance state, but it never fails to help me relax and even helps me to sleep when I have insomnia, so it gets 5 stars anyway.

I have tried several other hypnosis recording to accomplish a variety of goals, and have often found the voice to be a bit distracting, but in this case the voice is just right. It is very relaxing. I like being able to choose the length of the induction, and I like the imagery. The script includes very appropriate suggestions. I believe this will be very helpful to me in the long run.
