I’m an American living in Italy! This app has improved so much over the years. I can find what I want quickly and activate and disactivate extra services quickly in the app. Perfect for when I travel in Europe, Middle East, and in the United States. Most negative reviews are old reviews. Highly recommended!

I purchased an eSIM when I was in Italy. I got an Italian phone number and it worked great for calls and data. However, when I went to deactivate my account, everything is in Italian. That wouldn’t be so bad, however, I had to translate everything using my phone. When I asked the app how to deactivate my account, it gave me 181 different choices. It’s impossible to look at 181 different choices when you have to translate each one from Italian into English. You need to have an English version in

Not everyone that uses an Italian sim speaks Italian. Italy gets a million tourists a week. I give 5 stars because it just detects sim and number and logs in without having to setup an account. And 250mbps download speeds so works well once you get going but to recharge need to walk to the Vodafone store again.
