★★☆☆☆Hellish music on hold
Please have your phone people get rid of that grating phone music. It’s so awful and it’s constantly interrupted by marketing getting your hopes up that a human is coming. Nobody and I mean nobody wants to listen to flute and oboe duets on the phone. Your app is ok but this message need to reach your phone people.

Unable to access my wife’s account (I’m her caregiver) because the system won’t send her phone a six digit code to open her account; something I have had access to. The new system made an appointment at Skokie Commons even though Woods street closer to Wilmette.
