★★☆☆☆ Route Planning
The in App Route Planner does not allow you to select Tesla Superchargers. PLEASE fix this. Also, app can be buggy, needs faster response time.
Overall, look and feel of App needs updating, presently looks like from 80s.
When you click on controls it should be obvious what you enabled (climate, lock, etc)

★★☆☆☆ Won’t load and fail start when it’s too cold.
Need more work on the app. When it’s too cold, the app won’t load and always fail start. We pay for the subscription is because we’re don’t want to go outside to start our car, and make the car warm first before drive. More work needed to be done.

Second day after I got my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, I accidentally locked the keys inside of the car and was able to use the Nissan app to unlock my car!!!! so convenient. I love this app so much.l
