The app itself works okay. I have over 100 Gb of photos and videos saved. My issue is that one day the app switched me from the unlimited storage plan that I have thanks to cricket protect plus to the free 2 Gb plan. And now I can’t upload any more photos because I’ve exceeded my limit. Been on the phone with both Cricket and Asurion and they both can’t fix the issue. They just transfer me from one company to the other. Literally tried 10 separate times.
