Best user friendly tracking app

Be mindful that you don’t own or control your data. I just lost years of tracking data for no apparent reason. Just completely gone. I have liked the app and used to recommend it to others, but I can’t do that now.

Something changed in my app recently that deleted all the data I entered that was more than 3 months old . I contacted customer support which brought me to a “desktop “ website . I was hoping there was a way to put all the data back on the app .
