Can't log in during outages even with a signal, so that's a bummer

App seems to be working as it should now. No issues.

Like being able to see when my power will be back on and the other outages in my area.

The enhancement to check on electrical outages throughout the state in addition to my service location and without logging in is great feature. Bill paying is very easy as well and shows amount due, date due, and options for immediate and delayed payments. I really do like the convenience of this app with paying bills, outages & such but literally for a month I kept getting a “sorry/error” pop up I finally uninstalled & redownloaded it again & it works again. I feel like there’s a few things usually going on with this app.
