User Reviews and Ratings
★★★☆☆ Clunky interface, not dynamic
The Feb 28, 2024 SpaceX crew mission briefing on NASA TV indicated that a replay would be available, but I can’t find it on NASA+.
The NASA Media channel is on YouTube, but it doesn’t seem to be linked in the app. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a link to the live feed of the NASA Public channel.
The app should have a section dedicated to NASA live, that is the equivalent of what is being broadcast on C-band (NASA TV 101, NASA TV 103 & EDM UHD Encoder). Also the schedules for at least the 101
★★★☆☆ Miss easy access to NASA TV channels
While I appreciate the new features, I miss the easy access to live streaming of the NASA TV channels (both public and media). Am I missing something or are they gone?
★★★★☆ Bring Back The Missions
I’ve used the NASA app for ever. And it’s always been my goto for information about current and past space missions. The latest update is very nice but they took away (or put it where I can’t find it) the missions section. I would go there to track where the latest mission was, or to look up upcoming missions. It was a terrific resource. And now it just seems to be gone. NASA please bring back the missions section in the app.
★★★☆☆ Love the info
This app draws me into the realm of space and astronomy. It wonderful to be able to peek into far away galaxies and see with clarity.
The latest update has some issues with the Images functionality. I can no longer see the captions/info related to an image, and the X to close doesn’t work (I just have to close the whole app).
★★★☆☆ What happened to the live ISS view?
