Apparently FOX is now the place to watch football. Can’t even stream your own games live when FOX is on the air.

Hello NFL. A couple things:
1) is there a way to add scores for my teams to my Lock Screen as a standard option, instead of opting in every single week?
Scores>Team A vs Team B>”Add this game to your Lock Screen”
I don’t want the notifications, I like the “quick glance” look.
2) can you bring back the quick description under each game? A sort of 1 sentence summary of the matchups? Those were nice, brief things to look for prior to kickoff.

★★★☆☆Terrible support
The app support has to be one of the worst that I have had to deal with ( not the worst, but close). I get a message that I cannot watch a game because I have more than then three apps open. I only have two and only one is open. Then I try to use the help and get a stupid help bot that is totally useless. Just how hard is it to talk to a real support person?????
