The reason why the app is dead is because is the weather information that the app is trying to get, including radar, is shutted down, which means, this app is now useless. Ranking 5 starts to get this message on

I cannot figure how to get out of this review mode :-)

I downloaded and installed this app without intending to use the paid version. I didn’t even use it and after 3 days I was starting to be billed $9.99 a month. This like many apps does its best to disguise when it’s going to charge you through multiple popups. I am typically good at avoiding these, but without going back and installing again, I’m going to guess that’s what happened.
