Oahu GyPSy Guide Driving Tour

I used this app to drive around Oahu and Big Island on my Hawaii trip last week. Really awesome app, it gives you information and directions based on where you are at on island. I get how the app works, but it still felt like I had a real time personal tour guide. On Oahu this was all I needed; I thought I’d do the $100+ bus trip, but much happier I used this app with a rental car (less rushed, stop at areas I wanted to) . I used it on Big Island as well , but only on days I drove from Kona to V

This app made the drive around Oahu so much more interesting. Many insights. Points out sights you wouldn’t know. Gave history, geology, culture. A must.

Very informative. The narrator guides you through turns just as Maps would. We love the narratives about the history of Hawaii as you drive the route. Also like that it doesn’t try to constantly speak and leaves gaps in the commentary. Just note that it doesn’t guide you to get to the route, only once you’re on it.
