★★☆☆☆Sound in videos disappears
Overall good features but some features seem to halfway work. It lets you store videos, but when played back, the videos play no sound, and there is no way to un-mute the video. Phone volume buttons make no difference. Landscape and portrait made no difference. “Action” button has mo option to unmute and “show info” likewise does not have a way to in-mute the videos. I tried multiple videos. All with this result.
★★☆☆☆Sick of waiting for the app to open
Like other users, I’ve been using oneSafe for ten years, no problem. But lately, every time I want to open it (even if I just went to another window), I have to wait for the app to “optimize for my device” before it will open. This used to be a good app, but it’s so frustrating to have to wait 30 seconds for an app to reopen even if I had it open two minutes ago.
Time to find another password manager.
★★★★★Works well for me - just a minor iOS 26 glitch
The icon for the app, when the setting is Dark mode, shows a dark icon normally. But when it is in a group of icons on the screen, and you “zoom out” to full screen, the white version shows up instead of the dark version. This only happened since upgrading to iOS 26.

I’ve been using this for years. I keep all my usernames and passwords as well as other cards I have. It seems secure. User friendly. Great to have all this information that I can’t remember in one place.

Google image API hasn’t worked in forever. I see there’s a paid version now but hard to convince myself that these issues won’t persist.
