I am an ER physician and this app is very useful when you want to determine possibility of fractures or dislocations when you do not have a radiologist on call. Will recommend this to anyone. Worth the investment.

★★☆☆☆ App looks blurry, everything is comically large

The app UI looks blown-up and fuzzy/blurry. Apparently they're taking the low resolution UI built for the iPhone 5/5S and just scaling it up to the iPhone 6 screen. Looks terrible. The app ought to be displayed at native resolution. But the content is by far the best ortho app on the App Store.
