Overcome The Fear of Flying by Glenn Harrold

While it didn't cure me 100%, this app really helped make me less anxious and panicky on flights (80% better!). I used it intensively on my first few times, and now I use it a few times before each flight. If you have a fear of flying, definitely try it!! I was so skeptical, but it did indeed help significantly.

I am so grateful to Glenn Harrold and his app. From the moment I listened to it, I felt hopeful that my fear could be lifted. Glenn's wonderful British accent and soothing voice, full of belief and promise that I could retrain my mind to be at ease with flying worked!! This app has helped open of the world to me. As one of the affirmations states, 'I Love the Freedom that Flying Give Me' and I do. I just returned from a 9 hour flight, and I really felt like I would be alright, instead of the
