I absolutely love Oysho trousers and compressive leggings. The app is very convenient and easy to use. My only complaint is that you cannot get a person to help resolve a customer service issue. I received two pairs of pants recently that still had security tags on them. I had no luck contacting a person by phone or email, so I returned them using the process provided and absorbed the return shipping cost, which while minimal, I don’t believe to be fair. Honestly though, this will not keep

Return are confusing. It takes me to the place of drop off and than could not proceed. The continue buttons was grayed out. Also, Even with the large purchase you have to pay for shipping and return shipping. Not very encouraging especially considering that prices in US are much higher than in EU
