★★★★★ The only way to train...
I trained using this system for many years. It is the best way to ensure a consistent pace for interval training. Highly recommended for the serious runner looking to improve their performance.
★★★★★ Unlimited Possibilities!
I coach multiple event groups at a small Division 1 institution and this tool allows me to train each of them simultaneously. I can actually watch a group without fretting about the timing of every other group and be comfortable everyone is getting appropriate augmented feedback. Great tool at a very affordable price compared to the $800 contraption that only has one timer and one noise.
★★★★☆ Great Training Tool!!!!BUT...
What an amazing coaching and training tool. I connect my iPad to a bullhorn via a two ended mini-jack cable. Already my 400m runners have a better understanding of pace and I'm free to watch them run instead of string at my watch and timing my whistle.
My only criticisms are these: 1) there is no way to save timers from session to session and 2) there is a delay between the timer and the tone so you have to fudge the interval time until you get the tone to sound at the correct time.

★★★☆☆ Not what I was expecting
For one, the app constantly quits on me. Seconds of all, you have to recreate the intervals every time you use it. Very very basic app.
★★★☆☆ Needs to integrate with music apps

I would like this app much more if I could use it at the same time as my running playlist.
