i like pacsuns clothing but they blocked me for no reason

The app overall is fine. It’s just another online shopping app. However, even though I have an account with them, they do not show orders. Both myself and my girlfriend have placed orders all summer but they do not show on the app or even in the web application. Order tracking is very mediocre and sad. Makes returns extremely difficult to complete

me and my family just recently moved, and when i used apple pay to place an order online, it gave them the wrong address. seconds after i had placed the order i realized my mistake, and attempted to cancel my order, but it wouldn’t let me. i called, but was told that all the workers were busy, and to chat with someone online. i explained what had happened, and was told that pacsun does not allow me to cancel orders, change orders, or make any modifications at all. i would’ve understood that if t

The app is so slow and the way it’s set up is tedious.

everytime i go on the app and put stuff in my cart it will either delete everything but the last item i put in my cart or when i exit the app and go back in my cart is empty. it is so frustrating because then i have to go and find the stuff again only for it to delete AGAIN! they need to fix this issue immediately
