Passepartout has really evolved into a mature WireGuard client for Apple devices. I'm able to use it as a drop-in replacement for the official WireGuard app. And unlike the official app, this one gets frequent updates.
I have my own WireGuard server at home and Passepartout connects up seamlessly when I'm on the road.
I especially like that from my Mac, I can configure a WG profile for my Apple TV stored in iCloud, then access that profile from the Apple TV version of the app.

I purchased a lifetime subscription to Passepartout, assuming the Torguard OpenVPN profile import would work seamlessly for Apple TV. I expected it to be as simple as flipping a switch. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. The config files require tweaking the config files and I have neither the time nor the skill to do so. If you're hoping to get your VPN working on tvOS with this app, be cautious. Torguard doesn’t offer its own tvOS app.
