App looks solid on first review. However, having to join a subscription to get quick references for oral antibiotic dosing is frustrating. Should be a disclaimer on the description.

I like this app, and it has been useful for me in the field. I have one complaint and that is that the dosages for meds given are different depending on where the provider is located. I am located in Massachusetts and I have noticed some discrepancies. Where are these dosages applicable to?

I’m an EM doc, have tried all the various paeds quick reference apps, for my purposes, i find this one easiest to use and most comprehensive for most “real world” applications. Many others are organized by cards for the patient weight with all i fo in one place.
