★★★☆☆ Great app, but limited exercises and no Android support
Solid customizable strength workouts and good tracking. However, the exercise library is too limited—I often can’t find what I need. Also needs an Android version. Expand the exercises and add Android support, and it’d be 5 stars!
★★★☆☆ 3 stars - mostly bc of room for improvement!
I use this app regularly, I’ve done the workout plans the instructors put together and generate my own sets. The power of this app is really in generating the sets and being able to save what works for you. 15 min stabilizing specifically focused workouts, 20 min mostly legs, 30 min full body, etc. But where there’s room for improvement is in being able to access the saved workouts. Currently they’re super buried and don’t show up as the unique names they saved as. The app also doesn’t always re
★★★★☆ Almost perfect
So far I really like it, the way the workouts plans are set up make them really easy to follow. The only crucial thing I feel needs to be added is examples of the workouts in the “Get Ready For ____” screens. The explanations are sometimes lengthy on this screen and it doesn’t help when you can’t see the movement they are explaining.
★★★★☆ Needs work on stretches
Lift exercise choices and warmups are generally pretty good. The stretches, though, are odd. I will often get a “stretch” exercise that is essentially a bodyweight workout with barely a stretch component (eg, a push up to pike reach). Some stretches are also out of place for the workout (bicep stretch for a push workout?).

As a direct supplement to the regular peloton app, and app plus membership, the strength app serves as a perfect training companion to build out your workouts in conjunction with equipment derived peloton programs as well as the app driven workouts.
