I love using this app and reviewing my number of swings, time, speed and level of swing. I really like seeing the red line, poor swings, get smaller. 🤗 A feature that surprised me as I was playing I saw MORE FOLLOW THROUGH on my watch face. Hope no ref knows I can get coaching on the court. 😂

I love that the app gives you tips on the fly. Problem is, the pop up on your watch and disappear so fast I can’t read what they said. Yellow background on the tips with white text doesn’t help with thee struggle to read it. Maybe save the tips so you can read them on your phone later. Either way impossible for some of us to read when the disappear so fast during play.

I use the app as a way to help develop swing speed as a coach and player. Knowing this is tracking my wrist movements, I’ll practice serves and really dial in the motions to help make them more powerful. That has led to me having a more powerful stroke in all areas of the game.
