I love this game and I have been playing for a long time. I’ve played this game through 2 different ownerships. Recently I attempted to link with my Facebook to be able to log in only to be faced with my account being wiped and losing all my tower progress. I can no longer get back to my old tower. I know my username and my ID but don’t have access to my old tower. I spent money on things for my tower so this is quite upsetting.

I’ve been playing for 919 days and for the last 2 weeks I have had the worst time. I am constantly getting a connection error message, when I click to navigate the city tabs the screen flashes but nothing happens. If I’m ever able to select a task I can’t complete it because it will say connection error again.
