I think this app is so convenient. I don’t think the beginner level should get so much harder just bc you extend it from 30 minutes to 45.

I haven’t had this app for so many years. I literally can’t remember when I first downloaded it but across the country traveling, and through all my walks and journeys through life, I could always find a device to download my Pocket Yoga app and resent myself and restart my practice. I truly appreciate everyone who helped to develop this app
