It has my attention but I don’t know how to work this scanner. I know the app can save lives but there is one thing that making me feel confused and mixed up: How come the scanner is sending messages that aren’t emergency’s from the broadcast? I need to know how to work this so I can use it properly.

So far it's lookin okay ish .. I mean I literally just barely got it down loaded on to my Iphone. It has a few Ad pop up BullS@!?. Nothing that cant be ignored or patiently waited thru to get done what i want to do ... well... d o n e
