I love this brand but making changes to a subscription, adding, switching products is almost impossible. I had to cancel the subscription and start over. I sent a message to customer support but received no response.
Also, I am wondering if there actually is a benefit to subscribing…you can’t use discount codes or accumulated points for those orders.
Please make this site more user friendly.
