I was able to connect with a Dr in less than 20 minutes. The visit lasted maybe 3 minutes. All from the comfort of my home! I love this!

Filling out the questions prior to the visit was difficult. I had to choose the answers provided - many of which didn’t address my real answers. I made a mistake on one question and there was no way to fix it. Now I have to wonder if the answer I chose will be a part of my record and is completely wrong and didn’t fit at all with my issue being addressed. The physician himself was easy to talk to and easy to work with- thank goodness he didn’t ask me about my non issue! At least he was huma

Appointment started 30 min after the start time. No update that they were behind. I was ready to exit the appointment and give up.
