★★☆☆☆Last update August 2025
The most recent update has made this app unusable for us. It will connect to the content library but not to the presentations. Useless now. The programmer messed up what was a good thing
★★☆☆☆Stop working opening a bigger PowerPoint presentation
The app performed exceptionally well until the recent update to version 20, which also introduced a rebranding to ProPresenter remote Classic. Since the update, the app has consistently crashed, and this issue has persisted for over three weeks. We reported the problem promptly, providing both photo and video evidence to support our case. Unfortunately, no effective resolution has been provided to date.
★★☆☆☆“Update” essentially bricked the app for me.
The latest “update” and renaming to “classic” came with a lot of bugs. Perhaps most critical to my use is the notes function under the REMOTE tab. I used to be able to see the slide with the notes under it. I used it to advance slides during my sermons and had notes to go along with them. Now, the notes are there but you can’t see the slide. Or, if you go in the PRESENTER tab you can see the slides but not the notes. I’m checking all the time for this “new” version that’s supposed to be coming.

Can’t use it how I need it now. They took away being able to see slides and notes at the same time. Soooo disappointing.

This app worked for me for years but once they made the update to it, it no longer works. It crashes every time I click on the Playlists. The only thing I can see is the Library which is not helpful.
