What happened to the notes field in the new entry window? It's gone! Why remove important functionality?

After the update, the app looks and feel incomplete. I have been using this app for a long time. Noticed that I am unable to change the group within the entry, or anywhere else. Does not feel like I have the paying version anymore. If someone from customer support could reach out, that would be greatly appreciated.
