I love(d) this app, but with the most recent update, I’m not able to download any system or faction templates. I just keep getting an “import failed” error message.

I honestly want my money back. The product seems nice. I feel it has a lot to offer but I genuinely do not like the app or the way it flows. It does not offer as much as I would expect for the price, and the list building is uncomfortable and fidgety. It doesn’t tell you enough information and doesn’t offer enough.
