Race Day Events

Poor tracking during the race. The "map" feature does not work, and the chip times update strangely: when tracking a triathlon, it's was ahead during the events, then stalled terribly just before the end of each leg. Seems to be over-estimating during each leg, and then hanging up during the transitions to compensate. If tracking an athlete, use the free version of Life 360 instead; it's far more accurate. This app is only good for after the race results.

I love that you get updates results and overall standings during the race.

In adding runners to follow for the Carmel Marathon, the athletes that I choose to follow keep deleting. When I go back to add them, they’re not found. I have to delete the app and reinstall and the cycle happens again.

My buddy missed his wife finishing her first marathon because the app had her finished 30 minutes before. So he ran 6 miles back to find her and she crossed the line and then he had to run 6 miles back to meet her. Shame on your gps. Should be one star but will give 2 bc my friend got exercise.

Way to go Race Day Events. This app rocks! Well done all around. The runner tracking is really cool. I’m quite impressed with the functionality of this app. I think you guys put on very good events, and now with this app, I’m even more impressed. Thanks, keep up the great work.
