Recognise

When I didn’t know how to use a feature, I reached out and they were very quick to help.

For someone who has pain all over their body, and is trying out this new “nerve therapy,” it would be much nicer to have all of the apps combined into one, instead of having to download 6 different apps to get the use out of them. At least one option like that would be nice to have. Still have your separate apps, but it would be nice to have one option of having them combined. This way it will also take up a whole lot of less space on my phone and it will only take up the space of 1 app place o

My PT recommended that I try this app. She had all of the body parts in one app, so I was excited when I got home to download the app. I very rarely will pay for an app, but when it comes to chronic pain, I was ready to make a purchase. So when I looked at all of the “Recognise” apps, the only one that didn’t have a body part in the title was this one, “Recognise Medical”. Better instructions would be nice, not quite sure what to do with the memory part. Also to have all the apps together would be great.

I like this app and my results show it is working, but I really wish it had built in notifications to remind me to use the app at chosen intervals (in my case every waking hour). This feature would be extremely helpful to those who are forgetful and/or those who are new to the program and have been advised by their PT to use on set intervals.
