Regal: Movie Times and Rewards

Extremely buggy since the new update, movies don’t show up and have to constantly restart the app to fix it. 3 stars because the app used to work. But now whenever I want to look at movie times and buy tickets I’m just met with an empty page.

Love this app. We go to movies several times a week and tix are easy to buy. A bit of a learning curve to redeem credits but once figured out, so convenient!

I use the app because I subscribe to some monthly membership and get movies super cheap. Otherwise I would never use this buggy piece of junk. Anytime it says there’s a promo, I tap the alert and it says Retry and check your internet. No other app, and I have many, has any similar issues. I just use it to buy my tickets and it’s fine for that.

Using this for the first time, and I love it! I like being able to use the app to find and book movies easily! Developers - can you add features to buy concessions snacks from the App? And maybe provide a mechanism to rate movies and movie theaters?

It feels funny reviewing this app as it just simply does what I needed it to do. I was presented the show options, times, type of show (2D, 3D, 4D, etc.) and was able to do so while ensuring I was credited with the appropriate amount of points on my membership!(which I had just joined). When you open an app and it just does all that you need - the experience is very different than when you open an app and are forced to notice the details of what doesn’t work. I’ll use it again…
