Cannot turn of the annoying music and the controls are wonky

I want to play this game in Japanese, but the it is not possible to select the language which users want to. Can you fix it to select the language?

Seriously? This was a console game, it sorely needs controller support. It can’t be that hard to add in, small independent developers do it all the time. Come on Square-Enix!
