★★★★★ Excellent...
Mr. Harris has a way of really simplifying a very complex martial art. This app contains nothing but "meat and potatoes"....no fluff. It's easy to navigate through the chapters. The sound and film quality are excellent. The title speaks for itself but he really does give you information you can use the next time you train. ★★★★★ Great App for the older martial artist

★★★★★ Save your ribs buy this app.

My professor introduced this app to me when I was prepping for a tournament. I am 39 and was 38 at the time and the techniques in this app are useful to anyone at any age. It really helped me in my competitions and in my everyday rolling at my gym tremendously.
