★★☆☆☆Wasted Money
I liked the free version so much that I paid $14.99 for the upgrade. Big mistake. None of the pay to play functions actually work: freeze display, history, etc. What a waste of money.
★★★★★Quick and Easy
Super easy to use. Love the helpful tip of using a tape roll and the rotation lock feature. Nice touches that show thoughtful design.
★★★☆☆Good but can't save??
It's nice to see what my vintage turntable is still able to do but not being able to save my results and needing to pay $15 for the full app is kind of too much
★★★★★Easily worth $15
Replaced my Marantz TT 42 belt and it played slow. Had no idea what to do but read about this app and happened to have the teeniest flat head screwdriver and now the music sounds great.
★★★☆☆DB website is out of service don’t buy this app!!
This works as a ballpark figure for your turntable wow and flutter. Though I don’t know how it can measure these values without a 3khz reference tone. Also, speed is not accurate. It measured 33.44 rpm. My turntable is quartz locked at 33.3333… I used a strobe to verify the speed within .01% accuracy.
