Incredibly useful tool to have all of your rudiments in one easy place to refer back to, practice along with, or just learn the rudiments. Hearing how each rudiment is supposed to sound and having a programmable metronome built in makes this app the ultimate rudiment reference/practice tool

Exactly what I was looking for hands free tempo increases in play along rehearsal setting. Great for any level of drummer. Tighten up your playing and muscle memory.

Overall a very good app that I will use with my students to help them learn and train the rudiments! It has a nice tight crisp snare sound the really brings out the appropriate articulations of the rudiment.The one rudiment I can’t use with my students on this app however, is the Flamaque because it has the incorrect sticking. This app has it as lr R l r lr | rl L r l rl ( which is cool, just not correct)when it should be lr L r l lr | rl R l r rl

The interface is a bit weird. It seems like anytime I click on a rudiment, it opens up one just before or after the one I clicked on. I also wish there was a mixer for tweaking the levels of the snare and the metronome. I’d like a louder click and a quieter snare. But all in all it’s a great tool for an old drummer who never learned his rudiments. I’m surprised there aren’t more apps like this. I downloaded a couple free ones and they were all pretty terrible.

The app is very good for an all in one experience with metronome, play back, & to have it written in front of you. Interface is the main down side. The list of rudiments is hard to figure out (best if you tap the name you want directly). Practice mode is a little arbitrary because it asks how “You” thought you did, if only it used the built in mic or an external device you could plug into to hear and grade how you did.
